Does anyone have a good truffle recipe?

Hi, my name is ashley korn. My sister Shauna Korn is looking for a and excellent truffle recipe...do you know of one?Does anyone have a good truffle recipe?
OMG yes! This is the easiest one and by far the best.

Oreo Truffles

1 package of Oreo Cookies

1 block of cream cheese (room temp)

white melting chocolate (bark or buttons), I got mine (buttons) at Walmart.. in the section where they have crafts.

Grind up the package of Oreos into a powder. Some use a blender or food processor. I put them in a baggie and used a rolling pin.

Mix the cream cheese in w/ cookies. I just used my hands (like you would make meatloaf)

Roll into balls and put onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate for at least an hour or longer (to harden).

Melt your chocolate.

Dip the balls in the chocolate and place back on the wax cookie sheet.

Refrigerate so the chocolate melts. Store in the fridge, but take out about 30 min. before serving.

These are so delicious!!Does anyone have a good truffle recipe?
