French Chocolate Truffle Recipe?

I tried one for the first time yesterday... and I can never go back to regular chocolate. Heh heh. But $42 is a little too much for me to spend on chocolate. Does anyone know of a good recipe?French Chocolate Truffle Recipe?
I made these Grand Marnier truffles a few weeks back and they were out-of-this world amazing...

you can use all kinds of different chocolates - I did, and loved them!French Chocolate Truffle Recipe?
EPI, here's the key; equal parts whipping cream and chocolate,the quality of the chocolate is KEY,use calebut or guittard or valrona ,chop up,heat cream in dbl. boiler ,then add chocolate,gently stir,add flavor if you want[van.,booze,etc.]you know the rest of assembly part

if you want them to have a hard exterior melt a little butter and/ or cream in dbl. boiler then add more chocolate than you would for filling[it will be hard when cool]very little liquid is needed just enough in bowl to start the chocolate melting

roll cool balls in choco,place on tray to dry
yup, here it is

Good melting chocolate as in Ghriadelli 1 pound for making 64 truffles

1 c heavy cream

1tsp good vanilla'; not the imitation stuff';

and brandy if you want it same measurement

Gently chopp chocolate in to tiny pieces and place in to glass heat safe bowl.

Gently heat cream to just about boiling';til you see little bubbles on the side'; Do not let it boil over or you need to start over again.

Add cream to chocolate let sit for a few minutes to melt chocolate, whisk til smooth, add vanilla and brandy, stir to gether for 1 minute, let sit on counter covered for 1 hour then 2 hours in the fridge to set. Use small scoop or 2 small spoons to spoon out on lined cookie sheets rechill for 2 hours, roll in to circular shape and if you want roll in chopped nuts, or candies of choice.

This is Ina Gartens recipe if can be found on the Food Network website if you want the actual recipe. Just type in Chocolate Truffles and it will bring you to a bunch of them with hers being about 2 or 3 rrecipes down on the page. Good luck and hope yours where as popular as mine where.
