I have a love for French Chocolate truffles, and am looking for good recipes for this chocolate favorite..any ideas from truffles lovers on how many recipes there are for this food?How many recipes are there for French Chocolate Truffles?
Bavarian Mint Truffles





GANACHE:


8 ounces dark sweet chocolate


3/4 cup heavy cream


1 1/2 tablespoons creme de menthe





DIPPING:


16 ounces dark sweet chocolate


1/4 cup vegetable oil





When chocolate and cream ganache have cooled to room temperature, stir in Creme de Menthe before refrigerating. Sprinkle dipped truffles with green sprinkles.

I can't even begin to count all the recipes he has for truffles from the super simple to the ridiculously complicated (but oh so delicious!)
