Yes, I can give you a simple one.Where the kids will enjoy.
50g butter
75g chocolate
1 cup icing sugar
1 tbsp rum
1 tsp cocoa
coconut
In a saucepan heat the butter and broken chocolate until melted. Add 1/2 cup icing sugar and stir until it is thick enough to handle. Add the rum, cocoa and enough icing sugar to make a stiff mixture and shape into small balls the size of a marble. Roll in coconut, place on serving dish and enjoy.I would like a childrens Chococlate truffle recipe.?
Here's one that you can prepare before hand and ten have the kids roll them and dip them into nuts, coconut, colored sugar, etc...
3-6oz semi chocolate chipes
1-14oz condensed milk
1-Tablespoon vanilla (you can use other flavors, instead, like peppermint, almond,etc)
Combine chips and milk microwave for 3 minutes stir after 1 1/2 minutes. Melt until smooth add vanilla.
chill 2hours or until firm
Shape into balls, roll into nuts, etc if desired.
Makes 6 dozen
Here is an easy recipe but I dont think young enough for 3 or 4 years old:
chocolate truffles
.To make these you'll need:
175g chocolate chunks (milk, plain or white - it's up to you)
50g softened butter
100g digestive biscuits
50g sieved icing sugar
and
some cocoa powder.
1. Crush 100g of digestive biscuits.
2. Melt 175g of chocolate in the microwave.
3. To the chocolate, you need to add 50g of softened butter,
50g oficing sugar, and the cuhed biscuits.
4. Give it all a good mix , and let it chill in the fridge for 10 minites.
5. Take about a tea spoon and roll it up into a ball.
6. Then cover it in the cocoa powder.
7. Finally, put the truffle in a paper truffle case and you are
done.

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND庐 Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Coatings (optional):
Finely chopped toasted nuts, flaked coconut, chocolate sprinkles, colored sprinkles, unsweetened cocoa powder, confectioners' sugar or colored sugars
Preparation-
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with EAGLE BRAND庐. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Chill 2-3 hours or until firm.
Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in any of the listed coatings.
Chill 1 hour or until firm. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
